How I can help
I offer compassionate counselling and psychotherapy, tailored to your own unique needs. My approach focuses on creating a safe, non-judgemental and non critical environment which gives you a sense of freedom to truly unburden yourself in a way that you may never have done before.
Low self-esteem
I specialize in helping individuals overcome low self-esteem, often the root cause of many other issues. By addressing negative self-beliefs, we can work together to build self worth and self confidence. This helps to reduce the frequency and harshness of your own automatic negative thoughts. This then positively impacts your quality of life, relationships with yourself and with others and your overall well-being.
Stress, anxiety & depression
When you believe you are not good enough, are not deserved of anything or anybody, you are feeling ashamed of who you are.
Very sadly this untruth then causes you to experience feelings of panic, fear and overwhelm.
Stress and anxiety can weigh heavily on your mood and your sense of self. Together, we gently explore why you’ve been feeling so worthless, so you no longer have to carry that pain alone. With understanding comes relief — a growing sense of choice, strength, and the freedom to step out of shame and into a life that feels more like yours again.”
Walk and talk therapy

Self Awareness
Developing self awareness gives you greater insight into understanding your own thoughts, emotions, behavioural patterns and ways of being resulting in a stronger foundation for insight, choice and meaningful change. Feeling more in control of responding more intentionally rather than reactively can really help to improve your sense of worth and self belief.
