Counselling & Psychotherapy
A safe, confidential space to feel heard, valued and supported
How I Can Help
Counselling provides a safe, non-critical and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely. Together, we can look at the patterns, beliefs and experiences that may be influencing your present life and work towards meaningful, lasting change.
I work at a pace that feels right for you and support you in making sense of what is troubling you and to then find a better way forward for yourself.

Is This How You're Feeling?
Life can sometimes feel heavier than it should.
You might be:
-
Struggling with anxiety or low mood
-
Experiencing low self-esteem or self-doubt
-
Finding relationships difficult
-
Carrying unresolved experiences from the past
-
Feeling isolated, overwhelmed or stuck
- Trying to deal with a painful loss that feels too heavy to carry
Counselling offers a space to pause, reflect and begin making sense of what you are experiencing.

Walk and Talk Therapy
I also offer Walk and Talk Therapy around Hawley Lake in Farnborough.
For many people, sitting face-to-face can feel intense. Walking side by side in a calm, natural setting can make it easier to open up. Movement and fresh air help regulate the nervous system and reduce stress which enable you to express yourself more freely, often getting to the core of what is troubling you much quicker than it would have done online or sat opposite met.
Office, online and telephone sessions are also available.
As with most things in life, you truly get out what you put in, and in this case, you are investing in the most important thing – yourself and your future.
