I’m based in Pinewood Park, Farnborough, and offer individual face-to-face counselling from a private office setting. I also provide online and telephone sessions for flexibility.

For those who prefer being outdoors, I offer Walk and Talk Therapy around Hawley Lake — a calm, natural space right on my doorstep.
